Communitication is the key to creating great content. We love being in touch with our clients. The easiest way to reach us is by email:
This email address is connected to our phones so we will always be accessible in case of any emergency. We usually respond to emails within an hour between the hours of 8am – 5pm EST from Monday to Friday.
But of course connectivity has its limits and everyone needs a day off eventually, we try to switch off on the weekends and Bank Holidays.

Social Media Management Guidelines
We tend to outline our calendars one month at a time. This means that we are always one month ahead of our posts. We require all necessary content to be provided by the 12th of the month so that we can compile a content calendar and create captions for your approval. If there are any changes to be made then they must be sent through by the 14th so that a finalised calendar can be completed by the 15th of the month.
Once the content calendar has been finalised, we begin the process of scheduling out your content. Once the content has been scheduled the next step would be start reviewing content for the next month.
Finally, on the 30th of the month, we work on our reports which will be sent on the 2nd for your review.

Final content calendar to be approved by client. This will be available in your client area in a pdf format.

Client begins scheduling the next month’s content. If content needs to be created, the client must give Sunkissed Studios the details of this content.
The previous month’s reports are provided for the client to review and discuss.
Once all the reports are delivered, you can schedule your monthly call so we can discuss any changes that need to be made. These calls should be booked from your client dashboard and we reccomend booking your call in advance.
How Can I Book Additional Services?
If you booked a basic social media management package and then realise that you need to add video editing or graphic design, you can purchase these extra add ons from your client dashboard. You can select exactly how many graphics or videos you need to add that month.
Can I add on a service halfway through the month?
Yes of course you can! You can add it on from your client dashboard, but please note that graphics and photo editing will require at least 48 hours notice and video editing can take up to a week. We highly recommend adding on video editing services by the 15th, to be included for the following month.
What if I need work done urgently?
We like to keep as organised as possible to avoid rushed jobs, to maintain our high quality work. We understand that things don’t always go as planned so we usually deal with this on a case by case basis. Please email us and we will get back to you.
